We provide a dedicated day-to-day service for departmental PCs and Macs and related peripheral devices. Our desktop consultants have expertise in all areas of computer support, and have experience solving a multitude of problems. The Comprehensive Desktop plan is designed to help all department computers run smoothly on an ongoing basis. Charged on a per-FTE basis, the service is designed to cover all the desktop support your department needs. It's like having your own IT person, at a fraction of the cost.
For fiscal year 2013-2014, the service is divided into two parts, "End User Device Support," which will eventually be replaced by Campus Shared Services, and "Departmental IT support", which includes services not on the CSS service menu.
