The Business Process Analysis Working Group (BPAWG) Presents:


Financial Aspects of Project Management
October 22, 2009 - 3:00-4:30pm
Tang Center, Section Club Room 

Peggy Huston, Teresa Costantinidis, and Susan McKeehan 
will present a panel discussion on the financial responsibilities of project
management.  The presenters will represent the perspectives of the project
manager, the steering committee, and the control unit manager while covering the
topics of project budgets, operational funding, and managing constraints.

BPAWG, a campus staff organization, offers the UC community a forum for the discussion of business process analysis and associated methods, tools, and strategies.
