Gateway website colors

We in Public Affairs are still working on a set of templates to allow
easy access to the new UC Berkeley gateway website's look and feel for
other campus units. But in the meantime, in response to a few requests,
we're making our color palette available for those who would like to
harmonize at least their site's colors with the new design. See it at
