Here's Google's information on removing content from their cache:

Remove an image from Google Image Search

Remove cached pages
http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35306

You can also try uploading a different (1x1 and blank) image using the
exact same filename and location. Keep the reference to the image in the
pages where it used to be - it'll effectively be invisible. When Google
next indexes those pages, the blank will replace the old image in their
cache.
