Bernie,

Perhaps you could share a draft of the guidelines or the "basics" of
playing well and this group could provide you with valuable input.

I don't have any specific questions but I know email is a major source of
communications and if CalMail is placing restrictions/considering
restrictions on the use of email so everyone's experience with CalMail
isn't degraded, then everyone should know about it.
