Current location of campus web standards?

Embarassing as this may sound, I've lost track of the pages for the various
campus web policies. In particular, the "Policies and Guidelines for
Publishing on the WWW at UC Berkeley" page, which looks like it used to be
at http://amber.berkeley.edu:5014/

My various bookmarks are old, and apparently obsolete.
