Looking for a graphic designer...

Hi All -

I'm looking for someone to do a redesign on our Bioengineering website.
I'll do all of the programming and content behind it, and supply a full
site map, but I need someone to make it pretty. They'll just have to do the
layout and graphics for a few pages. Of course, I'd like someone who has
done some web work, so they know the constraints.

We're hoping to get this rolling fairly soon, and reasonably-priced, of course.
