Coming from the Ethnic Studies Department:
I am the only one who maintain's our website. I handle everything about it
(updates, graphics, design, usability, etc.). It's not very
technologically advanced but it works. It's about 85 pages total. I use
Frontpage for it's design, though I could use Dreamweaver too. Currently,
it has been ordered that we use XML to design a completely new look, which
I don't know anything about. (This directive came from above, without any
consultation with me. So I'm trying to figure out how to use it.) I
handle four programs under the Ethnic Studies
Department. Stressful? Yup. I just deal with it.
