Ok, I'll start.

This is for the Haas public website only

content updates: Our "virtual web team" of 40 folks handle daily updates of
various section of the site. The web editor (me) oversees about 100+ pages
and helps the virtual web team, or nudges them, when required. I report to
the executive director of marketing/communications. VWT members each have
their own supervisors.

Server maintenance is done by Haas Computing Services, with a direct report
to the CIO.

Database development depends on the database. Admissions databases are
handled by Haas Computing Services. "Contact us" forms and most other
back-end functionalities are handled by the web team.

Graphic design is outsourced, overseen by marcom.

Information design/usability is done by the web team and our outside designer.

efforts?>> This isn't a problem. We know who's chiefly responsible for each
task and who the backup is.
