recommendations for link checkers?

Hi,

Any recommendations for accurate industrial strength link checkers?
I am looking for a tool that can handle a 4000+ page web site, be
customized to skip aliases and redirects, report on anchors, external
links etc. Mac or PC, shareware or not.
