MS Visual Interdev 6.0

Is anyone using Microsoft Visual Interdev 6.0? I am having the hardest
time figuring out how to set it up so that the files are refreshed. It
seems that if I change a file outside the program, I can't get the program
to go get the updated version.

I have tried using the Project-->Web Project-->Refresh Project View
function in the menu bar. I have tried closing and reopening the
program. I think it must be something in the Options but I haven't been
able to figure out what.
