Hi,
I don't know if this is standard really, but I have encountered the
specification that the website will
"comply with 36 CFR Part 1194.22 of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act"
-- you can see the specific part this refers to at

(part 1194.22 is the section on websites and web-based applications)
