TRC rep will visit campus on 1/23/03

Wayne Weber of Technology Resource Center (TRC) will be visiting the
Berkeley campus on Thursday, January 23rd, 2003. TRC is UC's
designated reseller for certain volume software licensing programs.

Wayne would like to go around and talk to a few staff members to get
a better idea of what is good and not so good about TRC's services.
Please let me know if you want to talk with Wayne and are likely to
be available that day. I plan to give him a list of names so that he
can schedule with you directly. If I get a lot of responses, I may
try to organize one meeting for everyone instead of visits to several
departments.
