Hi
I am in the process of redesigning our department site (NOT database
driven) and would really appreciate it if people could let me know the
following information please:
* Who developed the vision of what type of information was needed on
your website? (i.e. faculty, staff/facuty team, staff/grad student, staff
only)
* What is your staffing, if you have a team, does it include faculty?
* If you have a team, what is the role of different team members?
* Was your site all done internally?
* What was your budget if you contracted out to a web design firm?
* If contracted out, what was the staff person's role with the contractor?
* What is the percentage of time you spend on web design? I do not
mean programming web server administration
