Dear Webnet members:

Come to our October meeting to find out what's behind weblogs, the
latest buzzword on the Net. Raymond Yee of the Interactive University
Project (http://interactiveu.berkeley.edu:8000/IU/) will be the speaker.

WHAT: Limited Resources SIG meeting
WHEN: Tues. Oct. 22, 9-10 a.m.
WHERE: 3105 Tolman Hall (Beach Room)
WHO: UCB web managers
SPEAKER: Raymond Yee, Interactive University Project
TOPIC: Weblogs. Raymond will tell us what weblogs are, how they work,
their origins and community, and the distinctions between weblogs,
discussion groups, and other forms of online communitation. He might
even show us a little demo.
