Thanks to everyone for the great leads! You've opened some new avenues to
explore. I really needed some new eyes on this. I was starting to get to
the point where I was working out the best way of saying, "yes (senior
manager), I know you need immediate posting privileges for this data but,
since I have to argue with you every single semester over posting home
phone numbers, I'm not going to give them to you."

To answer a few questions that were asked, the web pages themselves aren't
going to be accessible to be updated, only the data in them, which lives in
a database in another universe. That way, my people don't have to worry
about learning HTML and ASP, and I don't have to worry about them messing
up my templates. I have an secure intranet site that can act as the
go-between. I'll still be the only one to create new webpages and handle
navigation, but once the new pages are up, I can tie them to the database.

Thanks again everyone,

Anna
