log file analyzers

Does anyone out there use Analog or Webalizer log file analyzers? I'm
having some problems configuring Analog on my NT web server. I know there
are commercial log file analyzers out there that are probably more
user-friendly, but I'd like to stick with the free ones...
Please e-mail me back. I have a few questions about the set up.
