It's been happening in Architecture, too.  Different models of printers (mostly HP, some Dell); usually overnight, but it began to occur as I was staring at it yesterday afternoon.

Left unattended, it'll eat as much as 100 pages in a shot.

Hi all,

We have about three HP Laserjet 2605 and one HP 2025 printer printing out garbage for some unknown reason.  See attached as an example.  This has been happening a lot lately and wasting so much papers.  All printers are network printer using the standard TCP/IP port.  There is no option in the JetDirect page of this printers that I can see to only allow certain IP or computers to send print jobs.  HP tech support does not know what to do as well.  The only work around I can think is to attached the printer to a computer and make the computer a print server.  Is there any other way to prevent this issue from happening without the use of a print server?

Thanks in advance.
