IST TAM Internships

The IST Technical Account Management team (TAM) is looking for talented
individuals to fill one or two Internship positions to support two simple
goals; increase IST customer satisfaction and increase adoption of IST
services. We are looking at all areas of campus for talent to support our
efforts.

The position(s) will offer development opportunities in:

* Project management
* Business process development
* Customer engagement
* New IST Service development
* Marketing & Communications

Requirements:

* Energized by making customers happy and successful
* A passion for collaboration and a deep understanding of technology
* Superior organizer with the ability to coordinate with technical
staff
* Translator between business, technical, and sales speak
* Excellent organizational, analytical and negotiation skills
* Practical experience marketing solutions
* Phenomenal communication skills are a must for this job
* Sense of humor and a healthy respect for team!

These positions would be at 40% FTE for a six month period. The current
classification for these positions is PAIII. Your department must approve
the release of your time for this internship (i.e. be sure to talk to your
manager)!
