Odd time sync problem on Windows XP Pro SP2 Workstation

I have a user whose clock on her quite new Lenovo runs roughly ten
minutes behind. If she sync the time with the campus NTP servers, that
works just fine, but if she logs off and then on again, the workstation
is back to the wrong time.

BIOS time is correct.

There are no login scripts that would execute anything relating to time
sync-ing.

Any hints?

Thanks!
