An enhancement to sort by real name on the "Modify Subscribers" page
is on our to-do list. We were also planning on having the search box
operate on real names as well. Unfortunately I'm currently focusing
on some operational issues and so can't work on this immediately. I
hope to have it in soon.
Greg Merritt made this suggestion which may be of help:
