I believe the download file already has the settings -
syncml_std_ppcwm.cab. This is available at
http://calagenda.berkeley.edu/software/index.html.

At any rate here is what I have for my Palm Treo:

Server URL: https://calagenda.berkeley.edu/ocst

Contacts:
  Server Path: ./Contacts

Events:
  Server Path: ./Calendar/Events

Tasks:

  Server Path: ./Calendar/Tasks
