Yousendit.com is one possibility.

They've got some free (<100MB) options, and some that you pay for.

Easier and maybe safer than ftp (presuming you trust them).

(My personal opinion only- not endorsed/recommended/even thought about
by anybody in an official capacity etc etc.)

I've used them, no issues that I'm aware of.
