FW: UC Berkeley Information Services & Technology (IST) needs your help

Does anyone know if this is a legitimate survey? It just seems a little
strange that IST would direct users to a survey that isn't being hosted on a
campus server (ma2.us is registered to an individual in MA). Just want to
make sure this is legit before responding to it, or even going to the site.
Thanks in advance.
