Problem accessing UCB websites

Hello,
I am a technician at the Haas Business School. One of our users is
having problems accessing may Berkeley websites including Blu and
Bearfacts. He has this problem when he's connected to the Haas network,
but when he uses Verizon's WAN, he can access the sites without a
problem. He is configured for DHCP for his LAN connection. Has anyone
ever experienced a similar problem. Any ideas for fixes?
