We are working on making an unsupported Symantec tool available to the
campus for helping to automate the clean-up process for failed patching
or uninstalls of various SAV/SCS products. Until that time, the manual
process referenced on the IST KB (kb.berkeley.edu) will also work, if
somewhat tediously. Look for the cleanup tool in a few days, or if you
are desperate (for the tool :-), write me privately.
