Don't know about this one (I'm a CalState 9 member, but don't seem to
have received it), but I have noticed phishing emails recently that
have the names of smaller banks on them. My guess is that it's not
hard for a phisher to assemble a list of smaller banks and catch more
people who think "oh, it's too small a target, therefore must not be
phishing."
