Hi Glen,

Files can be transferred using most instant messaging programs that
people already have installed.
Michelle Tomkin's recommendation of using Skype is a good one that I
use. I also use iChat or AIM.
MSN messenger probably offers the same utility, too.

Ian's suggestion of using Webfiles might be the easiest as everyone
has a web browser!
