It doesn't do all of these, but I have installed and briefly tested the
OpenSSH server ported to SFU on Windows:

Also, you may want to try having Nancy Bianco (nbianco@ssh.com) of the local
SSH.com office intercede on your behalf to get some better technical
support from the Finnish folks.
