   The software offered via the WSS Software website,
<http://software.berkeley.edu>, is accessible to anyone with a CalNet
ID. The CalNet website, <https://calnet.berkeley.edu/>, describes
how new students can activate their CalNet IDs.

   In addition, I-House - together with several other campus
departments - will be distributing the Connecting@Berkeley 2006 CD to
its students later this month. This CD, available for Windows and
Mac OS X, conveniently includes many of the software products that
can also be downloaded individually from the WSS Software website.
The CD also features 'wizards' that lead users through the process of
installing and configuring multiple security and connectivity
products.

   Helmut Meister has informed us of I-House's requirements. We'll
arrange for delivery of the requested quantities of the CDs and its
accompanying 16-page booklet when we receive them from the
manufacturer, most likely in the vicinity of August 15.
