Windows Installer 3.1/Spyware Issue

Hi, Micronetters

With additional testing I have found that the Microsoft Windows
Installer 3.1 is the culprit. Anyone else out there installed the
program? If yes, what problems did you encounter and how did you
finally resolve it?
