To my knowledge, your CalAgenda departmental administrator *is* the
person who can do this. You can identify your administrator via
<http://calagenda.berkeley.edu/help_training/index.html>; there
appear to be three administrative contacts within IST-CNS who can
make this change for you.
The CalAgenda service has a number of projects underway, including
one which will synchronize the service's directory information (email
address, office address, phone number, et al.) for its subscribers
with data in the CalNet Directory Service:
http://calagenda.berkeley.edu/news/index.html
This work is well underway. Unless any unforeseen glitches arise,
it's likely that within a few months, you'll be able to change your
directory information in CalAgenda simply by updating your entry in
the campus directory.
