Calnet / Mutt instructions?

The "email support chart" at

socrates.berkeley.edu/Migration/email_support_chart.html

says of Mutt:

"Tested and works with CalMail as an IMAP client. Online guide to be
posted in the near future."

Could someone tell me where to find that official Mutt configuration
guide, or at least instructions for configuring IMAP, SSL and SMTP auth?
