RE: Outlook 2003 & CalMail

My group has seen this anomaly also with Outlook 2003 + Calmail. We have
simply deleted the Outlook Profile and recreated it and then downloaded
message index begins to work correctly.

A user with Outlook 2003 recently migrated from Socrates to CalMail.
She's using POP it's set to leave it on the server for a few weeks.

Here's the perplexing issue: every time she checks mail, it downloads all
her messages, regardless of whether they've already been downloaded before.

I tried deleting the account entirely, and re-entering all the account
settings but the behavior persists.

Has anyone heard of this happening? Any ideas?

Needless to say, this never happened when she used the same version and
installation of Outlook with Socrates.
