"simple" printing software for windows

I'm looking for an easy way to print 2 pages side-by-side on a single
sheet. I.e., take each page, shrink 50% or thereabouts, rotate
sideways, and print 2 of them together on a sheet. The result is a
page you read sideways in landscape mode.

I'm looking for something for windows where I can select multiple
files and either drag them to this application's shortcut on the
desktop, or right click and use Send To. The application needs to
assume that whatever I throw at it is printable regardless of the
files' extensions. Ideally it should print the file's name and page
number at the top of each page.

Old-time Unix people may be wondering if I'm looking for a Windows
replacement for the old Adobe Transcript Enscript software, and you'd
be right.
