Hello,
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and have been sending out directions to a
conference to various individuals since this morning. I’ve already
successfully sent out about 30 emails (they are in the sent folder) and
while I am processing more emails to be sent, my emails are now just sitting
in my outbox and it won’t send. When I do a “Send/received all”, I have no
problems receiving emails but I would receive this error for the sending
part:
“Task 'PolicyConf - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation
timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you
continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).”
I haven’t changed any of my settings. I have two separate email accounts on
my outlook and the other account has no problems sending or receiving. This
“policyConf” account has no problems receiving, it just won’t send out new
emails. I checked that there’s no problem with the Calmail server. I
still have many emails to go out, any ideas?
Thanks,
Amy
