There appears to be quite a few software for this purpose!

Folks,

Anyone know of a software application that I can use to alert me to the fact
that I need to stop what I'm doing and take a break! I'm just back from knee
surgery and I'd love to have an alert pop up every 10 minutes or so that
would prompt me to get up and stretch. Left to my own devices, I'm apt to
forget all about it!
