TOAD - Search and Replac3

Folks,

In TOAD, in a list of numbers, how would I search for a linefeed and replace
it with ');(' (not a smilie!)

In other words, I want to format a list of numbers so I can create an insert
statement out of them:

9999999
9999998

Becomes:

('9999999');
('9999998');
