Hi Cathy,

One thing I noticed while I was testing your site was that the URL produced
from the query was long, 199 characters, and that was with only the two
drop down boxes selected. Maybe URL length is a problem, and it's getting
truncated on some systems?

IE 4, 5, 5.5 had that issue - "Query String Truncated -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;254786)

I wouldn't be surprised if a security feature on the client's computer
didn't like the length of the URL, but I honestly couldn't tell you where
to start looking.
