Thanks for those who responded to my question so quickly! It looks like
duplex printing is the way to go!

Subject: [Micronet] Duplex printing
Good Day!
We are researching the possibility of doing duplex printing in our
computer room. We have two HP LaserJet 4200n printers and the client
machines use W2K and XP. Does anyone have any positive/negative duplex
printing experience (e.g. paper jams, errors, etc.) to share? A search from
the ResNet archives found that people have had positive feedbacks with
duplex printing using the high-end HP LaserJet (8000 series) printers, but
no reference to the mid-range printers. Thanks!
