iPAQ and Pocket PC 2003 questions

Hello Micronet members,

I got an iPAQ for Christmas and have some questions. I'm hoping some of you
have Pocket PCs and can help me out.

Pocket Internet Explorer doesn't support Java or additional windows. Are
there free or low cost java plug-ins available? Are there other small
footprint browsers with more functionality (Java, JavaScript, etc.) than IE?

Can anyone recommend a VPN client that will work with the campus VPN pilot?

For any other Pocket PC users, I'm working on an enrollment application for
requesting certificates from CalNetPKI.
