Folding rack mount LCD/Keyboard/Mouse combos are very expensive, if you
ask me. At least $1400. Especially when you consider that they are
just the human interface component of a laptop, screwed to a shelf with
hinges and rails. Anyway, they are available all over the place. Just
Google for "Rack mount LCD" or the like. What we do here is get an old
working but slow laptop, and and ssh into our terminal server. This can
also fit in 1U, if on the right shelf. But.. I don't know if your
terminal server/kvm is network ready. That can be a show stopper.
