With respect to blocked IP addresses:

To avoid possible confusion, I'd like to clarify that it is SNS, not CNS,
that is responsible for blocks that are related to security issues.

Accordingly, requests for unblocking should be directed to SNS, via email to
security_at_berkeley.edu, including in the subject line the SNS tracking number
(brackets and all) as it appeared in the original notification.
