Hi David,
I was just checking out your question about Epson service and the
responses that are coming back. The Hardware Support Group, Room 50
in University Hall, is available for vendor certified service on HP
and Apple printers (laserprinters and inkjets). We are currently
working on details that will extend us to the Epson product line as
well. We have two technicians dedicated to printer preventive
maintenance and repairs . We are available for carry-in and on-site
repairs(departments only). In an effort to reduce downtime, we are
working to maintain an inventory of the most commonly needed parts
(such as feed rollers!).
