I would also be interested in other experiences with bug tracking software.

I know you mentioned Bugzilla already, but I thought I'd share our
experiences with it. We've been evaluating it for the past six months now
and are very pleased with it. We use it for both change management and bug
tracking. Our lab computing group uses it for managing the various lab
builds they implement every semester. Some of our system administrators
use it for managing the changes that occur during the process of their
work. We also use it for managing our web application software development.
