Many people have been asking what we will be doing about spam on
UCLink. As the first step in deciding, I posted a question last month
to several University computing mailing lists asking what others are
doing. The original posting and the responses are now available at:

We are evaluating the options, and will probably end up using a
collection of tools. We'll let you know more as we gain experience.
