Johnathon,
It sounds like Citrix is trying to access something on the local machine
without the appropriate permissions and then timing-out and then
continuing with the session. To find out what Citrix is trying to
access, enable Failure autiting for Audit object access in the Local
Security Policy. Then go to the advanced security properites for the
various drives on the machine and add failure auditing for Everyone.
Then launch citrix and see what is logged in the security log. If you
continue to have problems, you can open a trouble ticket with the ASD
help desk at 643-2113.

Subject: [Micronet] Win2k user accounts & BFS
Greetings
I am having a bit of an issue with BSF, and am hoping someone has
already
worked with this, and may have a fix. If we have a user (standard user
account) running the BSF software, the program launches, then sits for 3
minutes, and then continues load up the log in screen. Other than this
unusual delay in launching, things seem to run fine. Now if the account
is
bumped up to a more powerful account type (Power/Admin) there is no
delay;
same computer, same software install, same user, just different user
account level. I have heard from a few others that they have seen this
as
well, with a standard user having a 3 minute delay at launch, under
Windows
2000 Professional.
Due to security and support issues we would prefer to keep our users as
standard user accounts, instead of just bumping them up to higher
accounts.
Thanks in advanced for any advise anyone could offer!
Johnathon
