Add Printer on Win XP

Hi Folks:

Looking for guidance on adding printer to new machine--first XP in dept.

The Add Printer Wizard doesn't see the printer--it's a HP LJ 4000TN,
free standing using a JetDirect card--no dedicated server (which is
what the address field in the Wizard would
like--//printserver/printer). The printer has an assigned IP address
but I don't see a way to locate using that info.
