I will check the situation with TRC.
Rusty Wright's point about costs is sometimes (mostly?) true for
single copies. But the contracts handled by TRC for the UC system
are designed to help departments that may need a number of licenses
but only one or two copies of media. In this scenario, the costs
from TRC should be better.
