Hello Noah,
Here at Lawrence Hall of Science we use Retrospect Remote software, running
on a Mac server to backup approximately 100 PCs and Macs. I believe they
are coming out with a backup for linux as well.
See http://www.dantz.com . We have used their software for years. It is
easy to use, not too costly, and their tech support is great. Our backup is
to a Sony AIT2 tape drive. This is a pretty expensive tape system, good for
the large number of backups we need, but probably overkill for 10
computers. A smaller capacity, slower tape backukp would probably be fine
for you.
